Up North Supply Co. is a Minnesota-based business operating under Up North Metal and Timber LLC. Our products include fabricated components, off-road accessories, outdoor gear, and digital downloads, many of which are produced in small batches and/or on demand.
These terms apply to all purchases, visitors, and users of our website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.
2. Shipping Policy
We strive to ship in-stock products within 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed. For made-to-order or limited-run items, lead times will be listed in the product description. If an item is backordered or delayed, we’ll notify you via email with the estimated ship date.
Shipping Methods:
- All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight, size, and location.
- Tracking will be provided once the item ships.
- We currently only ship to U.S. addresses. If you’re international, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. We’ll help where we can, but carrier responsibility begins once the item leaves our shop.
3. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products — especially small-batch, custom, or made-to-order items — all sales are considered final unless otherwise noted.
Refunds:
We will only issue a refund if:
- You were charged in error.
- We cannot fulfill your order for reasons on our end.
- A product arrives defective, and we are unable to replace it.
Returns:
Returns may be accepted at our discretion for non-custom, unopened products. All returns require prior approval via email and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

- Custom products
- Digital downloads
- Used or installed parts
- Clearance/sale items

4. Product Fitment and Use
Our products are designed to fit specific applications as listed. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify fitment before ordering. Modifying your vehicle or using aftermarket components always carries risk — Up North Supply Co. assumes no liability for damage, injury, or improper installation.
Installation guides and videos are provided for reference, but professional installation is always recommended unless you are confident in your mechanical abilities.
5. License and Trademark Notice
DirtBound® is a registered trademark of Sunrise Holdings LLC.
Up North Supply Co. is an independent business and operates under a limited licensing agreement with Sunrise Holdings LLC to manufacture and sell DirtBound-branded products.
We are not affiliated with, nor a continuation of, DirtBound Inc., the original manufacturing company. Any prior business, debts, warranties, or liabilities related to DirtBound Inc. are not the responsibility of Up North Supply Co.
6. Digital Products & Downloads
Digital downloads (e.g., builder plans, install templates) are delivered immediately via email or download link after purchase. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Up North Supply Co., its owners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Use all products at your own risk. Off-road and vehicle modification inherently carry safety and warranty risks — know your local laws and vehicle limitations.
